Our client required the addition of a Chief Executive Officer to enable them to lead the private/public relationship between the greenway tollroad and the Commonwealth of Virginia. The CEO would guide, manage, lead, and develop the company’s management team and staff to deliver a strong customer experience, efficient operation, and strong community engagement. In finding the client’s Chief Executive Officer, N2Growth’s team played a pivotal role as a thought partner in helping the client find a candidate capable of establishing a collaborative, proactive, growth-focused culture. The Result
The specific insights we drew and the alignment we found in the early days of this search created clarity and little need for specification iteration as the search developed. After tens of interviews, we submitted a total of twelve candidates for consideration for the role.
