Naomi Molobi-Ratsheko is a Director at N2Growth. Naomi has managed several large projects for N2Growth and has superb stakeholder relationship skills. She is responsible for ensuring overall delivery of services across the business and quality control to ensure high quality customer service.

Born in Soweto, Naomi lived with her parents, Martha and Eric. In 1978, when her father was sentenced to six years in Robben Island, her mother took her to Heilbron in the Free State. When her father was released, Naomi returned to live with her parents in Pimville, Soweto. In 1990, she went on to study at the University of the Western Cape where she obtained her HDE and completed her post-graduate in Education at Johannesburg University in 1995.

Naomi has a 15-year career in teaching, recruitment and consulting. Apart from her executive role at N2Growth Landelahni, Naomi serves on the board of Sacred Heart College and serves as a trustee on the Kagiso Trust board, evaluating many educational and community projects for support by the trust.
