Prior to N2Growth, Brian led Leadership Development and Learning at Aramark, where he shifted the organization’s mindset about leadership development ‘from event to everyday.’ Brian’s team built and delivered solutions that impacted more than 100,000 associates around the globe. Brian also spent more than six years in multiple strategic human resources roles at Johnson & Johnson, including 3 years as the company’s global lead for developing stronger managerial skills. While at J&J, he co-produced and hosted the company’s first-ever internal podcast. He started his career as a high school economics teacher.
Brian earned his MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and his undergraduate degree in economics and history from Wake Forest University. He is a certified executive coach and also served for 4 years as the Program Committee Chair on the board for Playworks Pennsylvania.
When he’s not working, you’re most likely to find Brian at a Major League Baseball stadium (he’s been to all but 3), traveling to unique and far-away places, and spending time with his wife and young son near their home in the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina area.
