His focus is talent acquisition for Board, C-Suite, and Executive Search for Brazil and Latin America clients.

Before joining N2growth, Luiz founded RSG Brasil Headhunters, a talent acquisition firm specializing in recruiting middle and top management leaders in Brazil and Latin America, and has placed high-caliber candidates in roles across industry sectors. As CEO, Luiz established the business and led an experienced team of consultants, placing high-caliber executives in key roles in Latin America.

Luiz graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and earned his MBA in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of California, San Diego.
