The SVP of Operations would be responsible for all aspects of clinical operations, including strategic planning, goal setting, operational decision-making, plan execution, clinical operations budget, labor management, and patient quality and experience.
Our client was seeking a qualified individual who would provide the operational heft and leadership necessary to execute the company’s vision and drive the trajectory of the company’s aggressive growth plan. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and responsible for day-to-day operations, the SVP of Operations needs to be a strong leader with executive presence and a strong background in optimizing and executing new processes.
The Company was looking for the right leader who would work with the leadership team to achieve collaborative, operationally efficient, patient-centric, and with an eye on continued aggressive growth. They desired an executive with a background in large, multidisciplinary, multi-state healthcare systems which would develop and lead operational efficiencies while also helping to enable their growth strategy.
