Our client required a tested Chief Executive Officer who could push boundaries, develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and be adept at balancing the need to maintain a financially stable operation while pursuing the company’s ambitious growth trajectory and leading the company through an IPO. Particular expertise required included a deep understanding of B2B SaaS, corporate development, capital raising, and experience leading an IPO. The CEO would oversee all strategic, financial, and operational responsibility for the company while working closely with the other executive leadership team and the Board of Directors. In working to find the client’s Chief Executive Officer, N2Growth played a pivotal role as thought partners in helping the client to envision an optimal candidate type to oversee all elements of the company’s strategic, financial, and operational strategy and execution.
The Result
The specific insights we drew and alignment we found at the early days of this search created clarity and little need for specification iteration as the search developed. Our team rigorously mapped the market for candidates whose attributes were attuned to the needs of our client.
