Sandra Burmeister serves as Regional President of N2Growth’s Executive Search Firm in Africa and is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. She oversees all executive search and leadership development operations on the African continent, with locations in South Africa, Kenya, and Nairobi. Sandra has more than 20 years of experience in Executive Search, working with blue-chip companies across sub-Saharan Africa. Her expertise has focused on board and C-level search assignments in telecommunications, mining, construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing; extending key appointments in academic, state-owned enterprises, and the aviation industry. Her expertise in board assignments is substantial, placing more than 200 independent directors in diverse sectors spanning electricity, water, roads, construction, property, asset management, and mining.

Before N2Growth, she was a founding member of Landelahni in 1996. She established the firm as the first black and women-owned executive search firm in South Africa.  Under her leadership, her business has grown from an executive search firm into an organization offering a range of strategic talent management solutions to executives and human resource professionals across the continent, a goal Sandra has achieved whilst championing the development of women in business. N2Growth Africa is a Level 1 BBBEE Black Owned Firm, founding member and sponsor of the All African Employee Engagement Awards, founding member of Africa Board Ready Women, and actively involved in social enterprise innovation.
