Prior to N2Growth, she spent 8 years leading the back office team for an Executive Search & Interim Management company active within the professional and financial services sector. She also worked as a management assistant for a company that specialized in complex change projects including Lean Six Sigma, Performance Management, and Coaching & Team Development.

Andrea graduated in Office Management at the highly acclaimed Schoevers academy in The Hague, The Netherlands, which is the only institution of professional education in the Netherlands that specializes in management support
