Louise Hale serves as Senior Research Consultant at N2Growth executive search in Amsterdam. She is a British national and is a fluent Dutch speaker educated in the UK and has a degree in English Literature. Louise Lived in Brussels for three years, raising a family and working on the creative side for a US Ad agency.
Before starting Executive Search in The UK and The Netherlands, she ran her own promotional company with a Dutch partner. Her Research Career has spanned some 25 years, and she has been employed as Senior International Researcher by some of the significant International Executive Search Firms. She has trained and mentored International Teams coordinated assignments and researchers both globally and across Europe; her assignments include FMCG and Financial Services as well as in the Information Technology and Professional Services
