This is the second search I have done with N2Growth. The candidates provided have been exceptional and the company is afforded the chance to explore not only talent that aligns to what we requested, but talent that is adjacent to the request. In one instance it reaffirmed we were targeting the right things, in the other it altered our path for consideration which resulted in a better long term outcome.
