Unless God intervenes, It’s really a disaster in the pipeline from that moment. From my personal experience, It’s only a rare leader who can “let go” of things, and sleep peacefully in night knowing fully well his team will deliver, he’s able to imbue them with that much confidence and clear direction. You trust him, and he trusts you in return.
